As it turns out, though, ice cream making is a big project. First of all, the freeze bucket has to be frozen for at least 16 hours prior to any dessert making. Also, for most recipes, the mixed ingredients must be chilled for most of the day.
And after all this, SB & I have been enjoying caramel pecan ice cream.
Next: gelato!

Ting: it was really yum! And slightly lower in fat too, I used fat free condensed milk & fat free caramel
Making your own ice-cream? Sounds good. I'd probably have to make something involving rum and raisins, since that's my favourite flavour.
