So, of course, that will be as far as we go. Tracing back our theft's thieves might take some time. Take the time to comment on other player's posts. It's a great way to make new friends! Mad Dogs & Elephants

Boy, sunning yrself & swimming all day sure builds up a thirst! And nothing knocks the dry outta yr mouth like Mad Dog 20/20. Yummy fortified wine in a convenient twist off cap. It's like low rent port. After you get used to the burning sensation, that shit tastes pretty damn good! Nothing beats cheap hooch w/ good friends.

Does it come in any other flavours?

The Two Headed Baby is Alive

Last Friday, SexyBeast & I went to the Altamont Fair. I haven't been since I was about 19 and heavily under the influence.

I used to love the fair.....the flip flop in my tummy when I got on a scary ride, eating hot dogs w/ peppers & onions, trying to win awesome posters of Duran Duran.....and later on pics of Sebastian Bach from Skid Row.

There was mud everywhere.

We skipped all the stupid crafts & smelly barn animals & went straight to the food vendors.

Hee hee! Aunt Flo's! SB & I were curious about the fried Kool Aid but we both came to the conclusion that some things should never be fried. That delightful pile of powdered sugar dough yummyness is Red Velvet Funnel Cake. Tasty but there was nothing red velvet about this dessert....pure red dye #5 babies! SB contented himself w/ fried Oreos "hmmm mmmhhmmm soft n' melty"

One important fact I learned is 38C's & ride harnesses do not mix. I thought my boobs were going to be flat for the rest of my life. Rest assured everything is fine in Hooterville.

I didn't quite recapture my youth but it was a damn fine time.

I Scream, You Scream, We all Scream for Dairy Products

I am pleased to announce that Kitchen Aid ice cream attachment works!

As it turns out, though, ice cream making is a big project. First of all, the freeze bucket has to be frozen for at least 16 hours prior to any dessert making. Also, for most recipes, the mixed ingredients must be chilled for most of the day.

And after all this, SB & I have been enjoying caramel pecan ice cream.

Next: gelato!

As I've previously mentioned, getting married was fucking awesome! Mostly because of the presents & cash.

With all our gift certificates, a few returns & a 10% off anything on the registry, SB & I scooped us a Dyson w/ the pet hair sucker upper. It's a $600 & we got it for $70! The suction on this bad boy is amazing, it even removed parts of the old nasty indoor/outdoor carpeting on our sun porch. And even better than that, you can push a button & use it on the bare floors. Bare floors! I'm not sweeping again!

We also scored a butt load of gift certificates to Macys & got some awesome shit for "free". SB finally got the food saver he's been coveting for months. At first I thought, oh great another appliance to the home furnishings graveyard. BUT upon seeing the mighty bounty in SB's garden & how fucking cool it looks when it sucks all the air of the food saver bag, I quickly changed my mind.

Also, we now the proud owners of a Dirt Devil, handy for cleaning out the tent.

And best of all, I got a super duper pimped out foot bath. I got shamed at the salon on my wedding day by the manicurist because I don't slough my feet daily. Now I can soak, slough & moisturize every night of the week.

And in case some people think I'm a selfish bastard, yr still mostly right but I did donate all our previous kitchen & bath stuff to the local domestic violence shelter.

How Dare You?

I am very upset w/ Ray's Helava Deli in Lake George! Instead of getting a breakfast sandwich, SB & I opted for the 3 egg salsa omelet w/ a choice of breakfast meat and toast. The person taking our order looked slightly confused but it was very hectic up in there. We waited and waited and people ahead of us were getting their food. We waited and wait and the kitchen staff were arguing that omelets weren't on the menu. We waited and waited & then SB screamed, "THIS IS FUCKING RIDICULOUS! LET'S GO!" This was the magic words because, voila, "Yr food is coming right up, sir."

I thought we were in the clear but NOOOOOO! The food sucked, the omelet had bits of white in it, not even fucking whisked together properly, let alone folded nicely. The bacon was OK, could have been a bit crisper. And the toast was not was bread w/ butter. I saw them place it in the toaster but I'm thinking now that the toaster wasn't plugged in.

I am also disgusted w/ Hearthstone camp ground. All the bathrooms smelled like pee & the floor were gritty. Apparently, it's OK to forgo the power wash & not refill the soap dispensers.

GRRR! At least I was drinking heavily over the weekend.
