Ooooo....I get so disgusted with all the animal rights do-gooders and "officials." Several times I've called about animals that either needed help or were endangering someone. Nothing. As far as I can tell they seem to only respond to the "big" cases, the ones that will land on the news and give them free publicity. :P
Or they're completely mired down in the beurocracy
